Kevin Wolff

General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Kevin has over 30 years’ legal, business, and human resources experience. He began his career as a law clerk for a distinguished federal judge and then joined an international law firm in its general litigation practice in Atlanta. He later worked for a smaller firm where he was a general corporate lawyer, litigator, and labor and employment law specialist. Kevin’s first in-house legal job was Chief Litigation Counsel for natural gas utility holding company AGL Resources, where he also supervised the company’s litigation and labor and employment legal matters as well as corporate security and investigation functions. He was awarded that company’s top honor for his work in developing an employment alternative dispute resolution program. After returning briefly to private law practice, he next served as Division Counsel and then Director of Compensation for Graphic Packaging International, a leading paperboard packaging manufacturing company. He later joined Swett & Crawford, a top 3 broker of excess property and casualty insurance, where he served as General Counsel and Head of Human Resources.

In March 2017, Kevin joined EIM as its first in-house general counsel.

He is a two-time graduate of The University of Georgia, with a bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, in political science and a juris doctor degree, cum laude. At UGA’s School of Law, Kevin served as an Editor of the Georgia Law Review.
