Jill Dominguez
Vice President, Chief Underwriting Officer
From January 1999 to the present, Jill has been responsible for overseeing the Underwriting Department for all lines of business - Property, Excess Casualty, Excess D&O and Fiduciary. Responsibilities include developing individual account strategies with underwriters and Members, drafting EIM policy language, authorizing pricing and capacity on individual accounts, Member relations, corporate strategic planning, development of underwriting guidelines, and assessment of pricing adequacy on the overall book. Responsibilities also include reinsurance treaty evaluation and placement. Jill is a Member of EIM’s Enterprise Risk Management Committee.
Jill began her career at Energy Insurance Mutual in September of 1993 where she served as a Senior Underwriter/Account Executive until January 1999.
Before joining EIM, Jill was a Senior Underwriting Specialist - General Liability, Automobile, Workers Compensation, Property at Fireman's Fund Insurance Company, Tampa, FL from June 1989 to September 1993.
Jill received her Bachelor of Science in Finance from Florida State University in 1988, the Associate in Underwriting (AU) designation in 1991 and the Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation in 1994.
