Update: September 11, 2017
Hurricane Irma weakened to a Category 1 storm as it passed through the Tampa Bay area earlier this morning, causing minimal damage and numerous power outages.
The EIM offices will re-open Tuesday morning (9/12), with the majority of our staff working remotely to allow for safe debris removal in our office complex. Normal office operations will resume on Wednesday (9/13).

Update: September 8, 2017
In advance of Hurricane Irma Hillsborough County has issued a mandatory evacuation for Level A zones beginning at 2:00 p.m. Friday, September 8th, which encompasses EIM’s office building. Therefore, our offices will be closed until further notice. We will continue to keep you updated on the status of our office closure throughout the duration of the storm.
Update: September 6, 2017
With Hurricane Irma approaching Florida, the EIM Tampa offices will be closed on Friday, September 8th to allow our staff time to safely prepare for the storm’s arrival.
EIM will be in constant communication via our website. We will strive to post messages frequently that will keep you up to date on our status after the storm. If damages are such that EIM is required to temporarily relocate or conduct business from remote locations, this information will be communicated both via this website and to each Member individually through the EIM Insurance Advisory Committee.
